The <br />report shall certify that dwelling units for Lot Nos. 16 through 20 will be affected <br />in the event that the 54-inch diameter underground storm drainage system is <br />unearthed and removed or replaced. In addition, an "Indemnification <br />Hold/Harmless" release shall be provided to the Flood Control District. (Not <br />applicable. No structural loads shall be allowed to be placed on the District's underground <br />54-inch diameter underground storm drainage system . <br />4. Full disclosures to future owners of Lot Nos. 16 through 20 shall be made by the <br />property owner that any permanent structure within the storm drain easement area <br />shall not be allowed and that access shall be maintained for any future repairs <br />and/or maintenance of the 54-inch diameter underground storm drainage system <br />that traverses their property. Furthermore, any pre-development overland swale or <br />ditch, if any, shall be maintained by the property owners, and that any post- <br />development landscaping, parking areas, walkways, et cetera, shall be removed at <br />the property owner's expense if any future construction, reconstruction or <br />maintenance work by the Flood Control District is to be undertaken within the <br />easement area. The property owner shall provide a bond to ensure that the 54-inch diameter <br />underground storm drainage system is undamaged by the construction of dwelling <br />units, proposed subdivision road, and other site development work activities near <br />or within the Flood Control District's storm drain easement. A detailed and <br />thorough per-construction and post-construction video inspection of the storm <br />drainline shall be performed, at the expense of the property owner , to establish its <br />structural condition before and after project construction. <br />6. Prior to issuance of any building permits on this site, a detailed grading and <br />drainage plan with supporting calculations and a completed Drainage Review <br />Checklist shall be submitted to the County of Alameda Development Services <br />Department. The proposed curb elevations shall not be less than 1.25 feet above <br />the hydraulic grade line, as shown in Figure 14 of the Hydrology and Hydraulics <br />Criteria Sununary, and at no point shall the curb grade be below the energy grade <br />line. <br />7. The applicant shall provide measures to prevent the discharge of contaminated <br />materials into public drainage facilities.
