MV Transportation, Inc. Agreement 2 December 3, 2008 2. In order to meet air quality requirements, MV will provide three new 2008 vehicles for the service. Two 2008 Ford ADA accessible Van Conversions will be provided for the Flex Curb-to-Curb and Out-of--Town Medical services. The vehicles have a six ambulatory passenger and two wheelchair capacity. The smaller vans have several advantages over the current 22 passenger vehicles. The vans are easier to maneuver through neighborhoods, there is less maintenance cost along with fuel economy and riders prefer the smaller vehicle. The Flex Shuttle Bus service requires a larger vehicle and will utilize one Chevrolet Cutaway vehicle that can seat 22 ambulatory passengers and up to 7 wheelchairs. The vehicles will meet air quality standards and our riders will be thrilled to ride in brand new vehicles. 3. MV will also provide a new web based "Down List". Staff will be able to view the status of the fleet at any time. 4. MV will implement a new automated Incident Notification program. When a serious incident occurs, staff will be notified immediately of the incident details via e-mail.
