Planning Commission Meeting Minutes December 73, 2007 <br />Agenda No. 07-23 Page 8 of 8 <br />~ Item 9: Staff Updates/Project Status Report ~ <br />Secretary Livermore indicated that there would probably be no meeting on January 10, <br />but a scoping meeting for the ICI Development may come up on January 24. She said <br />that this is a preview of the ICI's Environmental Impact Report and an opportunity to <br />take public testimony. <br />Commissioner Nardine asked if there is any reason the Commission cannot meet prior <br />to the City Council meeting just to approve minutes. She is concerned that the Council <br />receives unapproved minutes that the Planning Commission has not had the opportunity <br />to review. <br />Secretary Livermore said that the City Council is scheduled to hear the fences/hedges, <br />online vehicle sales and TOD cleanup items on January 7, so there is no intervening <br />Planning Commission meeting. She said that the minutes submitted to the Council in <br />such situations are always draft minutes.
