installed if they comply with the following criteria: <br />1. CC, CG, CS, NA-1, NA-2, SA-1, SA-2, SA-3, and I Districts. Installation is prohibited <br />in any required front or street side setback area, and all wires or cables necessary for the <br />operation of the earth station or reception of the signal shall be placed underground, <br />except those wires or cables attached flush with the surface or a building or structure of <br />the earth station. Landscaping or solid screening shall be placed around the base of any <br />tower to screen the tower from view and to provide a physical separation between the <br />tower and any pedestrian or vehicular circulation. <br />2. CN, C-B, DA-1, DA-2, DA-3,_DA-4, DA-5, DA-6 and P Districts. Installation is <br />permitted only if the earth station is attached to the rear half of a roof or is fully screened <br />from view from any adjacent public street or R district. <br />Section 11: Part N, Article 16, Section 4-1674 (A) of the Zoning Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />4-1674 Bed and Breakfast Inns <br />The following regulations shall apply to bed and breakfast inns. <br />A. Where Permitted. Bed and breakfast inns are conditionally permitted in the CN, CC, EB, <br />DA-1, DA-2, DA-3, DA-4, DA 5, DA-6, CR, P, PHD, NA-1, NA-2, SA-1, SA-2, and 1ZM <br />districts or in any L Overlay District in owner-occupied landmark buildings. <br />Section 12: Part IV, Article 17, Section 4-1714 (C) of Zoning Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />4-1714 Bicycle Parking <br />C. Desi n Requirements. All required bicycle parking spaces shall permit the locking of <br />the bicycle frame and one wheel with a u-type lock and support the bicycle in a <br />stable position without damage to wheels, frame or components. Bicycle parking <br />facilities shall be securely anchored so that they cannot be easily removed and shall <br />be of sufficient strength to resist vandalism and theft. <br />Section 13: Part IV, Article 18, Sections 4-1806 (A) and 4-1806 (C) (13) of the Zoning <br />Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4-1806 Regulations for On-Premise Signs <br />The following regulations apply to all non-exempt on-site signs visible from a public right-of--way <br />for each zoning district. <br />A.
