Property Owned and Acquired by the Agency The Agency owns several properties for long term use which are used for parking lots, transit facilities, landscaped areas and pedestrian malls that serve the Downtown area. One property, 2398 East 14th Street, is owned by the Agency and is in the process of being redeveloped into a 68-unit low/moderate income apartment project, operated and managed by Mercy Housing under along-term lease agreement. As of June 30, 2007, the Agency owned four properties designated for future redevelopment.
