CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />A. Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Meeting with federal government liaison Len Simon to discuss funding opportunities <br />for City projects and programs. <br /> <br />City projects; and strategies for meeting with legislative representatives and their staffs <br />Conference in March. <br /> <br />Mr. Simon will work with City staff in developing a potential projects list for discussion <br />with federal representatives and officials. The Council will review the projects list and <br />narrow the projects to three for presentation in Washington, D.C. <br /> <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident <br />, addressed the City Council, commenting on the <br />process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
