D. The existing design of the proposed condominium subdivision and the proposed <br />improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially <br />and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br />E. The existing design of the residential apartment complex for conversion into a <br />condominium and necessary on-site improvements are not likely to cause serious public <br />health problems. A residential subdivision will not involve any significant amounts of <br />hazardous materials or products. <br />F. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect any <br />existing easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />No. 7767, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract No. 7767 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />PLN2006-00059 (Vesting Tentative Map and Condominium Plan) prescribed by the Planning <br />Commission, <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br />January, 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />and passed and adopted this 22nd day of <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 2 <br />
