Notification to Tenants <br />1 • Ma_ ilina• Two (2) separate stamped, pre-addressed envelopes for <br />each resident of each unit shall be furnished to the Department by the <br />applicant at the time the sub-divider submits en application for a use <br />permit for a conversion, The Department shall use one (1) envelope to <br />notify the residents by mailing a copy of the public hearing notice to <br />tenants not less than ten (10) days prior to the proposed hearing date <br />on the application. The notice shat! include notification of the tenant's <br />right to appear and be heard. The second envelope shall be used by <br />the Department to notify the residents of the results of the public <br />hearing by mailing notfication of the decision of the Planning <br />Commission not more than seven (7) days following the Commission's <br />acton. Failure of the Department to mail such notice shalt not <br />invalidate any proceeding or action taken by the City in considering a <br />conversion.
