The Tree Surveywas the <br />reference point for tree condition and quality. Potential impacts from construction were <br />evaluated using the Vesting Tentative Map (Sheet 3) and the Parking Lot Reconstruction <br />.Plan, prepared by Milani & Associates (June, 2006). <br />The plan proposes to reconfigure the northern parking lot to provided additional parking. <br />No grading, drainage or utility information was shown on the plan. Surveyed trunk <br />locations were included. <br />
