Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Mayor Santos reported on his trip to the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, <br />D.C. <br /> <br />Councilmember Souza reported that she attended the Alameda County Waste <br /> <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Grant reported that she attended the Alameda County Transportation <br />Improvement Authority (ACTIA) alternate, and she attended the <br />Congestion Management Agency (CMA) <br />alternate. She gave kudos to Senior Engineer Keith Cooke and Councilmember <br />Starosciak for their work with the CMA. <br /> <br />Councilmember Gregory reported that he attended the BART Board meeting on January <br />24, at which the ENA was approved. He was asked by the BART Board to comment on <br />the public support for the TOD plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
