` ., <br />issuance of a stop work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for <br />such construction activity. <br />VI. GENERAL, CONDITIONS <br />A. There shall be no outdoor storage of any type on the property, specifically in the <br />driveway areas. The garages and driveways shall be kept free of obstruction and <br />available for their designated use for vehicle parking at all times. The driveway area <br />adjacent to the existing dwelling and the existing two-car garage shall be posted and <br />kept unobstructed to maintain emergency vehicle access to the rear portion of the <br />property, to the satisfaction of the Fire Department. <br />B. All garbage and recycle bins for each residence shall be kept between the two <br />residences out of view from the public right-of--way on non-service days. <br />C. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />D. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval maybe <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and <br />Conditions of Approval pending application for the amendment. <br />E. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />F. Construction shall commence within one (1) year following Zoning Enforcement <br />Official approval of the Site Plan Review (June 6, 2008) and shall be substantially <br />completed one year after commencement of construction. For the purpose of <br />compliance with this condition, commencement of construction shall be defined as <br />the interior remodel of the existing detached structure on the property or the <br />construction of a substantial portion of the two-car parking pad outside the detached <br />structures. <br />Agreement to Conditions June 6, 2007 <br />PLN2007-00022 Page 6 of 6 <br />
