THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED LOT 1 OF PARCEL MAP N0. 9527 IN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, COUNN OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS <br />PER MAP FILED IN BOOK OF MAPS, PAGE IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER. THIS PROJECT IS COMPOSED OF A COMMON AREA <br />AND 3 UNITS. <br />2. THE CONDOMINIUM DELINEATED HEREIN IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE DAVIS-STERLING COMMON INTEREST DEVELOPMENT ACT, TITLE <br />6 PART 4, DIVISION SECOND OF THE CIVIL CODE. <br />3.
