EXHIBIT B <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />Agency will compensate Consultant by providing five payments after key benchmarks are met. Agency will <br />also hold back $5,000.00, or ten percent (10%), of the contract amount until the total project is completed. <br />Provide $11,250 after outcome #1 below is completed: <br />1. Facilitate/co-facilitate a minimum of two community meetings to gather input about the draft local <br />homeless prevention plan; <br />Provide $11,250 after outcome #2 below is primarily completed (i.e., there may be 1-2 initial community <br />meetings to gather input for a draft homeless plan and a final meeting to provide an overview of the final <br />homeless plan to key stakeholders): <br />2. Recommend 1-2 homeless program models that are likely to work well in San Leandro; <br />Provide $11,250 after outcome #3 below is primarily completed. <br />3. Educate City Council members, boards/commissions (e.g., the Human Services Commission), and <br />the general public about the local homeless prevention plan. BFWC hopes to hold one meeting <br />with each group, but this depends upon the progress of BFWC's process in one year.; and, <br />Provide $11,250 after outcome #4 below is primarily completed. <br />4. Assist with adoption and implementation of the City's 10-year local homeless prevention plan. <br />Provide final payment of $5,000 after the above major benchmarks are met, <br />Consulting Services Agreement between February 20, 2008 <br />Redevelopment Agency of San Leandro and BFWC--Exhibit B Page 1 of 1 <br />
