Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Abstain: 1 (Starosciak) • Resolution No. 2008-004 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Authorizing an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) Between the City of San Leandro, the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) and Westlake Development Partners, LLC (APNs: 075-0047-002-00, 075-0047-003-02, and 075-0047-007- 00). (1012/3076/3129) - Adopted with amendment to add after paragraph 12 the wording from paragraph 11 of the City Council resolution, as amended M/S/C Grant and Gregory. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Abstain: 1 (Starosciak) Councilmember Starosciak commented that she abstained from the vote since she was not present for the full discussion of this item. Vice Mayor Grant asked whether the next Business and Housing Development Committee meeting would be held prior to March 3. Mr. Sims stated that the next meeting of the Committee is scheduled for Thursday, February 14. There was consensus of the Council to refer the matter of the amendment to the ENA to the Business and Housing Development Committee meeting on February 14. The Committee's discussion and recommendation would be reported back to the full Council at the March 3, 2008 meeting. THE CITY COUNCIL RECESSED FROM 7:51 TO 7:58 P.M. 3.
