PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Condominium Conversion <br />Woodside Apartments <br />The Woodside Apartrr~nt complex is located at 235 Haas Avenue in San <br />Leandro. The 96 unit complex was constructed in 1987 by Davidon Homes. The <br />property owner is Woodside-San Leandro, a California limited partnership, and <br />the apartrnents have been managed since they were constructed by Davidon <br />Homes. <br />The complex consists of two four-story buildings over parking garages, <br />landscaped grounds and surface parking. Each building has an elevator, and a <br />laundry room with four washers and dryers. The units are accessed by interior <br />hallways, and each unit has a private deck with a ~dced private storage area. All <br />unith on the third and fourth floors have fireplar~• Each building has a <br />monitored central fire alarm system, and all interior hallways are sprinklered. <br />Each unit has a sprinkler system, and smoke detectors. <br />The unit mix is as follows: <br />Plan A 1. bed, 1 bath 530 sq. ft. 8 units <br />Plan B 1 bed, 1 bath 609 sq. ft. 30 units <br />Plan C 2 bed, 2 bath 804 sq. ft. 4 units <br />Plan D 2 bed, 2 bath 823 sq. ft. 4 units <br />Plan E 2 bed, 2 bath 862 sq. ft. 4 units <br />Plan F 2 bed, 2 bath 841 sq. tt. 8 units <br />Plan G 2 bed, 2 bath 839 sq. ft. 10 units <br />Plan H 2 bed, 2 bath 864 sq. ft. 4 units <br />Plan J 1 bed, 1 bath 627 sq. ft. 12 units <br />Plan K 2 bed, 2 bath 860 sq. ft. 4 omits <br />Plan L 2 bed, 2 bath 857 sq. ft. 4 units <br />Plan M 2 bed, 2 bath 891 sq. ft. 4 un' <br /> 96 Total Units <br />One bedroom units = 50 <br />Two bedroom units = 48 <br />Refurbishmer>#s The list of items to be repaired, re~fuurbished or r~laced is <br />included in the Physical Standards Review.
