To assure that adequate rental housing is ava~able in the community. <br />5-2404 Definitions <br />As used in this article, terms and phrases shell have the meaning respectively ascn'bed: <br />A. A a t d n : A multi family .rental housing complex in which <br />individual resider~ial units are rented or leased rather than owned <br />separately, . <br />8. C~ndomin m: A dwelling unit as defined in Section 1350 of the Civil Code <br />of the State of California or successor section. <br />C.
