Eden Road CSA with Kier & Wright 2 March 3, 2008 <br />The scope of work includes providing civil engineering services for the design of Eden Road, <br />which involves coordination with utility agencies and obtaining an encroachment permit from <br />Caltrans for the purpose of installing traffic signals at the intersection of Eden Road and <br />Doolittle Drive. <br />Anal sis <br />A selection process conducted at the time of the plan line creation resulted in the hiring of Kier <br />and Wright Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. to prepare design development level roadway <br />plans. The firm has extensive knowledge of the project issues and design. Staff recommends <br />that it continue to complete the design work.
