Q. All on-site storm drains must be cleaned at least twice a year; once immediately <br />prior to the rainy season (October 15) and once in January. Additional cleaning may <br />be required by the City Engineer <br />R. Prepare a site plan for review and approval by the Senior Transportation Engineer <br />illustrating the proposed traffic circulation. <br />S. Six inward pavement arrows shall be installed on those two westerly queuing lanes <br />waiting for entering the car wash aisle. <br />T. A curving left-turn arrow shall be installed before the Hand Car Wash entrance, and <br />another curving left-turn arrow shall be installed immediately after the exit. <br />U. Four outward pavement arrows shall be installed on those two lanes for the drying <br />station. <br />V. No fuel truck deliveries are to be made to the site during the commute hours of 7:00 <br />am to 8:30 am or 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. <br />VIII. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />A. Fire apparatus access shall be provided in accordance with 902.2 of the Uniform <br />Fire Code, by providing a 20-foot wide by 13' 6" vertical fire lane. This <br />requirement can be met by designating the 20-foot, five-inch wide lane on the north <br />side of the property, between the designated drying area and the parking spaces, as <br />a fire lane. Pavement markings indicating the fire lane and prohibiting parking <br />shall be provided, as approved by the Fire Marshall. <br />B. The project must comply with the required fire flow, which will be determined <br />upon submittal of plans showing the occupancy classification and construction type <br />of the new building. <br />C. Locations of fire hydrants and flow information for those hydrants from East Bay <br />Municipal Utility District must be provided and in combination with the flow <br />requirements for the determined occupancy and construction type, will determine if <br />additional hydrants are required for this project. <br />D. Per Section 1006.2.15 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code, a fire alarm <br />system is required to be installed in the new building. <br />E. All building and fire code requirements must be might prior to occupancy. <br />IX. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The approvals granted by the City of San Leandro as a result of this application, as <br />well as the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br />Agreement to Conditions January 26, 2006 <br />PLN2005-000127 Page 7 of 8 <br />
