IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-021 (3131) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE <br />UNITED STATES FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE (USFWS) <br />TO ALLOW USFWS TO FULLY IMPLEMENT THE 2006 CALIFORNIA SEA-BLITE <br />(SUAEDA CALIFORNICA) REINTRODUCTION PLAN, SAN FRANCISCO BAY, <br />CALIFORNIA ON CITY LANDS AT ROBERT'S LANDING <br />A Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and United States Fish <br />and Wildlife Service, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Memorandum of Understanding is hereby approved and execution thereof is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 3~d day of March, 2008 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: '~/l. <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
