<br />between 6 to 13 feet wide to connect to an existing~ublic access way and

<br />i_ Remove, replace, and maintain the harking lot to accommodate approximately
<br />113 marking spaces of which five are ADA accessible, 8,390 square feet of
<br />parking islands, a 1.250-square-foot, boat wash down area, a 5,000-square-foot
<br />boat-ready lane, speed bumps, curbs and two benches (Amendment No. Seven;
<br />1=-. Remove, replace and maintain a new storm drain line on the south side of the boat
<br />launch ramp (Amendment No. Seven); and
<br />k. Remodel and maintain an approximately 470-square-foot restroom north of the
<br />boat launch (Amendment No. Seven
<br />B. This amended authority is generally pursuant to and limited by the application filed
<br />March 7, 1978, and your letter dated April 6, 1978, including accompanying exhibits, and your
<br />letters requesting Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, a~ 6, and 7, dated December 1, 1978,
<br />November 28, 1979, January 21, 1980, March 10, 1980, April 21, 1980, July 31, 1980, January
<br />3, 1982, December 15, 1982 ,~ May 13, 2005, and October 18, 2006, including all attached
<br />and subsequent submitted exhibits and correspondence, but subject to the modifications required
<br />by conditions hereto.
<br />C. Work authorized in the original permit through Amendment No. Four was to commence
<br />prior to July 1, 1980, or the original permit, as amended, w~ would lapse and become null and
<br />void. Such work was also to be diligently pursued to completion and was to be completed
<br />by January 1, 1983, unless an extension of time i~s was granted by further amendment of this
