The ori~*inal project will result in approximately 12,141 square feet of new Bay fill for small boat berths, the construction of a two-lane public launching ramp, the slight expansion of the fuel dock and the construction and improvement of 5,600 square feet of new public access. E. Work authorized under Amendment No Seven will result in approximately 2 590 square feet of new Bay fill for the boat launch ramp the placement of 2 325 square feet in the shoreline band for the apron and approach of the boat launch ramp improvement of an approximate 6 to 13 foot wide 224 foot loner public access~athway and the removal and replacement of the bathroom and parking lot. II. Special Conditions The amended authorization made herein shall be subject to the following Special Conditions, in addition to the Standard Conditions in Part IV: A. Specific Plans and Plan Review Plan Review. No work whatsoever shall be performed at any location pursuant to this permit, as amended, until final precise site, engineering, grading, architectural, and landscaping plans for that portion of the work have been submitted to, reviewed, and approved by or on behalf of the Commission. Architectural plans submitted for review shall include all outside architectural building details and fixtures, including, but not limited to, the location, dimensions, and color of all outside signs and other fixtures. In each instance, plan review shall be completed within sixty (60) days after receipt of the plans to be reviewed. Approval or disapproval shall be based upon conformity with the permit, as amended, and upon a determination by or on behalf of the Commission that the proposed construction will be in accordance with (a) the information presented to and recommendations of or on behalf of the Engineering Criteria Review Board for engineering plans; and (b) the information presented to and the recommendations of or on behalf of the Design Review Board for grading, site, architectural and landscaping plans.
