The Recreation and Park Commission supported the concept of <br />having the Recreation and Human Services Department and City Council support the Children's <br />Outdoor Bill of Rights. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Not applicable <br />Fiscal Impact <br />None <br />Attachments <br />None <br />CONCLUSION <br />It is the desire of the City of San Leandro to enhance the lives of children and their families at <br />every possible opportunity.
