Consultant Deliverables <br />Phase 1 - 1) Asbestos Test Results <br />2) 70% Design <br />• Plans - 3 copies; indicating locations and types of repair/replacement; <br />onsite improvements to be protected or restored to pre-construction <br />condition in City Standard format. <br />Technical Specification - 3 sets; prepared in the City's standard format <br />in MS Word. <br />• Cost Estimate - 3 copies; estimated cost of construction broken down <br />into standard bid items for all elements shown the on the plans. <br />Phase 2 - 100% Design <br />• Development of all items listed in Phase 1 above, incorporating City comments <br />from Phase 1. <br />• Coordination with City Building Department to obtain Building Permit. <br />Phase 3 -Final Design <br />• Plans - 3 set; incorporating City comments from 100% review, provided on mylar <br />or vellum, stamped & wet signed plus 1 set in AutoCAD format on CD. <br />• Technical Specifications plus bid item list - 3 set; incorporating City comments <br />from 100% review provided as a hardcopy plus 1 electronic copy in MS Word. <br />• Final Cost Estimate - 3 set; estimated cost of construction broken down into <br />standard bid items for all elements shown on the plans. <br />• Respond to Building Permit application comments. <br />City Deliverables <br />Plans for existing buildings (if available). <br />Aerial photographs of existing roofs. <br />Schedule (Upon receiving the Notice to Proceed) <br />• Asbestos Testing & 70% Design Submittal 4 weeks <br />• City review period 2 weeks <br />• 100% Design submittal 2 weeks <br />• City review period 2 weeks <br />• Final Design submittal l weeks <br />Total 11 weeks <br />Roof Repair & Replacement 2008 March l4, 2008 <br />Project No. 687-18-104 Page l6 of 18 <br />
