Councilmember Souza requested recognition for the passing of Bill Perras, former Recreation and Parks Commissioner. Councilmember Souza requested information regarding billboards, such as where they can be located and if their content is regulated. Councilmember Starosciak commented that she attended the Washington Manor Homeowners Association meeting. Traffic Officer Jeff Agraviador and Community Compliance Officer Lisa Agraviador provided information and responded to questions at the meeting. Councilmember Starosciak announced that there will be two baseball parades on March 29, and requested assistance from the Mayor to provide Council representation. Councilmember Stephens commented that he attended the Broadmoor Homeowners Association meeting which was attended by Police Chief Attarian and Community Compliance Officer Agraviador. He also represented the Council at the flag-raising for Portuguese Immigration Week on Sunday, March 9. Councilmember Prola commented that he attended the Police Officers Award Lunch on March 5, at which the automated license plate reader system was discussed.
