Matter of an Addendum to the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) Between the <br />City of San Leandro, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, San <br />Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) and Westlake Development <br />Partners, LLC (addresses civic engagement process on the transit-oriented, mixed-use <br />development located on multiple parcels adjacent to the San Leandro BART Station). <br /> <br />Public Comments on Item 8.C.: <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, <br /> addressed the City Council, making <br />suggestions regarding the format and presentation of the City and Redevelopment <br />Agency budgets to better understand the issues of infrastructure and replacement/repair. <br /> <br />End of Public Comments on Item 8.C. <br /> <br />Mr. Jermanis indi <br />changes to the proposed language, as well as requesting that it be adopted as an <br />amendment, rather than an addendum, to the ENA. <br /> <br />Ms. Williams stated that the resolution would be amended to reflect the change to the <br />instrument to be adopted from an addendum to an amendment, and that this would not <br />substantively change the intent of the action.
