Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />Councilmember Prola reported that he attended the March 12 meeting of the Alameda <br />County Mosquito Abatement District as a Trustee, at which there was a discussion on <br />an increase in assessment to $5. He commented that the District is badly in need of this <br />revenue. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak announced that the League of California Cities will be <br />having its annual bocce ball tournament fundraiser in Livermore this week, where the <br />monthly meeting will also be held. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Grant reported that she attended the Alameda County Housing Authority <br />meeting on March 12. She will provide materials from that meeting to the Council at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos reported that he attended the Alameda County Transportation <br /> Administration, Legislation and Finance Committee <br />meeting, at which he recommended that ACTIA and the Alameda County <br /> <br />
