The adoption of these resolutions will allow the City of San Leandro to complete this <br />application and to be eligible for future funding for $12,460,120 from HCD. The potential <br />funding would be for activities related to public infrastructure improvements in support of the <br />San Leandro Crossings Development at the San Leandro BART Station which are deemed <br />eligible by HCD. <br />
