AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CALIFORNIA CONSERVATORY THEATER <br />FOR THE USE OF SPACE LOCATED IN THE CIVIC CENTER'S <br />HELEN LAWRENCE BUILDING AT 999 EAST 14TH STREET <br />(APN: 075-0164-004-07) <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this <br />21St day of April, 2008, by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter called "City", and CALIFORNIA CONSERVATORY THEATER OF <br />SAN LEANDRO, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter called "Lessee", who agree as follows: <br />That the following sections of that certain Lease Agreement, entered into between City <br />and Lessee on July 1, 2003, are hereby amended in their entirety: <br />2. TERM. <br />The term of this lease amendment shall be for a period of five (5) years, <br />commencing on July 1, 2008, and ending on June 30, 2013. <br />5. RENTAL FEE AND UTILITY FEE. <br />Lessee shall pay as rental for the premises an annual sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), <br />payable in advance. <br />Lessee shall pay as consideration for utility charges an annual sum of FNE <br />HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS ($565.00), payable on or before July 1 each year for the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1. <br />The rental fee and the utility fee payments may be combined. <br />32.
