IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-041 (2310) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH CALIFORNIA CONSERVATORY THEATER OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR THE USE OF SPACE LOCATED IN THE CHIC CENTER'S <br />HELEN LAWRENCE BUILDING AT 999 EAST 14T" STREET <br />(APN: 075-0164-004-07) <br />An Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City of San Leandro and California <br />Conservatory Theater of San Leandro, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this <br />Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 21st day of April, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~yl,c.~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
