CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. Items 8.F. and 8.H. were removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. Resolution No. 2008-031, Resolution Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Skyline Engineering, Inc., Related to the 2008 Roof Replacement Program, Project No 687-18-104 (provides for professional services for design bidding and construction support for the Main Library, Fire Station No. 12, Public Works Shipping/Receiving and built-up area of garage and South Offices mechanical roof area). Cost: $49,830. Funding: Building Maintenance Internal Service Fund. (2323) D. Resolution No. 2008-032, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Construction Grant Agreement with the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), in the Amount of $300,000, Relating to the Bay Trail Slough Bridge Project (provides for the City Manager to enter into a grant agreement with ABAG and appropriation of funds in the amount of $300,000 for construction of the subject project).
