D. Prior to construction of the freestanding sign, all necessary building and sign permits <br />shall be obtained from the City of San Leandro Building Division. <br />E. Prior to construction of the freestanding sign, all necessary encroachment permits <br />shall be obtained from the City of San Leandro Engineering and Transportation <br />Department. In addition, the actual time duration of the work being done shall be <br />performed in the morning hours for minimal disruption to vehicular traffic and the <br />necessary traffic control measures shall be implemented to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />F Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br />G. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval maybe <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance <br />with all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the <br />Development Services Director waives compliance with the terms of the application <br />and Conditions of Approval pending application for the amendment. <br />Conditions of Approval February 7, 2008 <br />PLN2008-00002 Page 4 of 4 <br />
