<br />the building. Construction of a display area of wares or goods inside the windows <br />will be permitted. <br />XIL SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING CONDITIONS <br />A. The Applicant shall comply with the City of San Leandro's Construction and <br />Demolition Ordinance for job site recycling. For projects valued over $100,000, <br />all concrete/asphalt and a minimum of 50% of all other debris shall be recycled. <br />The Applicant shall demonstrate compliance by submitting a Debris Recycling <br />Statement to the Environmental Services Manager prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. Prior to final occupancy, the applicant shall submit all recycling and <br />disposal documentation, which shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Environmental Services Manager. <br />B. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall clearly indicate on the <br />site plan the proposed locations and dimensions of each solid waste/recycling <br />storage area, and include an enclosure detail (exterior materials/finish). The plan <br />shall also include the proposed size, number, and type of solid waste and recycling <br />containers to be stored in each enclosure. Enclosure plans shall be subject to <br />review and approval by the Environmental Services Manager. <br />XIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. On-site parking spaces shall remain for use of employees and patrons. The parking <br />spaces shall not be used to park or store boats, trailers, camper tops, inoperable <br />vehicles and the like outside the building within the project. <br />B. On-site lighting shall be high-pressure sodium or other energy-conserving lighting, <br />and shall be designed and located to not interfere with traffic on adjacent streets and <br />to not shine on adjacent properties, with details subject to the approval of the City <br />Engineer and the Community Development Director. The Community Development <br />Director may direct light fixtures to be relocated or modified as necessary to <br />minimize glare onto adjacent properties. <br />C. All exterior/roof-top mechanical equipment shall be screened from view so as not to <br />be visible from adjacent properties or streets to the satisfaction of the Community <br />Development Director. Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) transformer(s) shall be <br />located underground or, if above ground, shall be shielded or located in an obscure <br />location. This condition shall not apply to wireless cable receivers that do not <br />exceed three feet in diameter <br />D.
