The applicant and/or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through C, dated <br />January 24, 2008, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of <br />San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San <br />Leandro, California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Floor Plan <br />Exhibit C -Elevations <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this approval is informed of its <br />terms and conditions. <br />IL USE RESTRICTIONS <br />A. This Administrative Review approval is for a full service restaurant comprising <br />approximately 2,766 square feet of floor area, including approximately 1,500 <br />square feet which would be used as the dining area and would accommodate <br />seating for 88 patrons, at 2089 East 14th Street, Suite Al; APN 77-554-4-1. <br />B. In compliance with Zoning Code Section 2-630. B. - SA-2 South Area District <br />Permitted Hours of Operation, no activities shall occur at the business before 7:00 <br />a.m. and shall cease by no later than 10:00 p.m. <br />C. No objectionable odors emanating from the restaurant or the restaurant's <br />refuse/recycle enclosure shall be detectable beyond the subject property. <br />D. There shall be no electronic amusement devices in the restaurant. <br />E. There shall be no loitering permitted on the site and the site shall be posted to <br />permit enforcement of the City ordinance prohibiting loitering by the City of San <br />Leandro Police Department. <br />F.
