G. There shall be no exterior walk-up service (i.e., no take-out window and no cashier's <br />windo~rv placed outside the building). <br />H. These conditions of approval shall be posted in the restaurant and shall be made <br />accessible to all employees. <br />III. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTAION REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies and <br />regulations. All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design <br />Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />B. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you <br />fail to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying with all of the <br />requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from <br />later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br />C. Site Improvement Plans for all on-site and off-site improvements shall be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of Building Permits for the project. All <br />improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the City's <br />Design Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans, unless otherwise specifically <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />D. Prior to the issuance of the Building Permit, the property owner shall pay all fees <br />required by City Ordinances and regulations. <br />E. Interiox floor drains shall be plumbed to the sanitary sewer system and shall not <br />be connected to storm drains. <br />F. Sinks or areas designated for the cleaning of floor mats, containers, and other <br />equipment shall be connected to a grease interceptor prior to discharging into the <br />sanitary sewer system. The cleaning area shall be large enough to clean the largest <br />mat or piece of equipment to be cleaned. The cleaning area shall be indoors or in <br />a roofed area outdoors; both areas must be plumbed to the sanitary sewer. <br />Outdoor cleaning areas shall be designed to prevent stormwater run-on from <br />entering the sanitary sewer and to prevent stormwater run-off from carrying <br />pollutants to the storm drain. Signs shall be posted indicating that all food service <br />equipment washing activities shall be conducted in this area. <br />G. Runoff from trash enclosures, recycling areas, or similar facilities shall not <br />discharge to the storm drain system. Trash enclosure areas shall be covered and <br />designed to avoid run-on to the trash enclosure area. Any drains installed in or <br />beneath dumpsters shall be connected to a grease removal device and/or treatment <br />devices prior to discharging to the sanitary sewer. <br />Agreement to Conditions 7anuary 24, 2008 <br />PLN2007-00079 Page 4 of 7 <br />
