CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN2007-00063 - 2375 Davis Street <br />Russell Spektor/Direct Computer Disposal (applicant) <br />Mollie Gilbert/Doolittle Davis LLC (property owner) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant shall comply with Exhibits A and B, dated November 15, 2007, <br />except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro <br />Development Services Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan <br />Exhibit B -Floor Plan <br />B. The property owner and/or applicant shall be responsible foc assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for the zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />IL PERMITTED USES <br />A. This is a conditional use approval to allow for a State certified Large <br />Collection and Light Processing electronic recycling center where computer <br />systems, televisions and other computer-related materials will be refiu-bished <br />for re-sale and/or dissembled and separated into different recycling streams <br />inside an approximately 40,000 square-foot warehouse at the rear of 2375 <br />Davis Street; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel No. 79A-515-1-19; Direct <br />Completer Disposal c/o R. Spektor (applicant) and Davis Doolittle LLC <br />(property owner). <br />B. All business operations shall take place entirely inside the building, including <br />loading and unloading, with the exception of the free drive-up drop off area for <br />the general public, which shall be manned at all times aid which skall not <br />expand beyond the boundai7es as indicated on Exhibit B. <br />C. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 4-1646 D.4 and D.S, power-driven processing <br />(i.e., baling and shredding) shall be permitted provided all noise-level <br />requirements are met. Noise levels shall not exceed 60 dBA as measured at the <br />property line of an R Residential District boundary or otherwise shall not <br />exceed 70 dBA. <br />D. In addition to compliance with all applicable regulations for business activities <br />in the IG Industrial General District, the applicant shall ass~ire that the recycling <br />collection and processing activities continue to operate in compliance with the <br />criteria and standards specific to those uses as provided in Zoning Code Section <br />4-1646 -Recycling Facilities. <br />Conditions of Approval November 15, 2007 <br />PLN2007-00063 Page 3 of 4 <br />
