CDBG Public Services &Non-Profit CIP Agreements June 16, 2008 <br />Place. Cornerstone Community Development Corporation is the legal entity created by BFWC <br />to own and operate the Sister Me Home Safe House. Physical improvements to these public <br />facilities will allow these organizations to serve their clients better. Spectrum will be able to <br />serve more clients, while BACS -Woodroe Place and BFWC will be able to better assists clients <br />with disabilities. <br />DISCUSSION <br />For FY 2008-09, five agreements totaling $129,90.1 require Council approval: four of the <br />agreements are part of the CDBG public services budget, and one is for fair housing services <br />which is part of the CDBG administrative budget (see summary table below).
