CDBG Public Services &Non-Profit CIP Agreements June 16, 2008 Place. Cornerstone Community Development Corporation is the legal entity created by BFWC to own and operate the Sister Me Home Safe House. Physical improvements to these public facilities will allow these organizations to serve their clients better. Spectrum will be able to serve more clients, while BACS -Woodroe Place and BFWC will be able to better assists clients with disabilities. DISCUSSION For FY 2008-09, five agreements totaling $129,90.1 require Council approval: four of the agreements are part of the CDBG public services budget, and one is for fair housing services which is part of the CDBG administrative budget (see summary table below). The projects have been approved by the City Council as part of the 2008-2009 Consolidated Action Plan.
