IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-059 (3031) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />FOR PARCEL MAP 8200 LOCATED AT 1903 DOOLITTLE DRIVE; <br />DEVELOPER: PATSON COMPANY, INC. <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Patson Company, Inc., dated September 7, 2004, and associated plans identified as Parcel Map <br />8200, certain subdivision improvement work has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3.
