IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-059 (3031) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />FOR PARCEL MAP 8200 LOCATED AT 1903 DOOLITTLE DRIVE; <br />DEVELOPER: PATSON COMPANY, INC. <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Patson Company, Inc., dated September 7, 2004, and associated plans identified as Parcel Map <br />8200, certain subdivision improvement work has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 2"a day of June, 2008, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos ~~) <br />NOES: None ~0) <br />ABSENT: None ~0) <br />ATTEST: V ~lLt/L(-fit <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
