IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-070 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />KOA CORPORATION RELATED TO THE WASHINGTON AVENUE AND ESTABROOK <br />STREET INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 150-28-283 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and KOA Corporation, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 16th day of June, 2008, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilrnembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: V 1~ ~d~l~Vl~K-.~..- <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
