Section 7-5-910: RESERVED. Section 7-5-915: MATERIALS. A. Section 701.1 -Materials of the Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby deleted and replaced to read as follows: Drainage piping shall be cast iron, galvanized steel, galvanized wrought iron, lead copper, brass, extra strength vitrified clay pipe, or other approved materials having a smooth and uniform bore. B. Section 701.1.2 of the Uniform Plumbing Code and sections 701.1.2.1, and 701.1.2.2 of the California Plumbing Code are hereby deleted. C. Sections 701.2 -Materials of the Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby deleted and replaced to read as follows: Drainage fittings shall be of cast iron, malleable iron, lead, brass, copper, vitrified clay, or other approved materials having a smooth interior waterway of the same diameter as the piping served and all such fittings shall be compatible with the type of pipe used. D. Sections 903.1- Materials of the Uniform Plumbing Code - is hereby deleted and replaced to read as follows: Vent pipe shall be cast iron galvanized steel, galvanized wrought iron, lead, copper, brass, or other approved materials having a smooth and uniform bore. E. Section 903.1.2 of the Uniform Plumbing Code and sections 903.1.2.1 and 903.1.2.2 of the California Plumbing Code are hereby deleted. F. Sections 903.3 -Materials of the Uniform Plumbing Code - is hereby deleted and replaced to read as follows: Vent fittings shall be cast iron galvanized steel, galvanized wrought iron, lead, copper, brass, or other approved materials having a smooth and uniform bore. Section 7-5-920: FEES FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. Section 103.4 of the Uniform Plumbing Code is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) General. Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of this section. (b) Permit Fees. A fee for each plumbing permit, in the amount set forth in the applicable fee schedule resolution adopted by the City Council shall be paid to the Building Official. z
