RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION <br />1-3-1100 MEMBERSHIP. <br />The Recreation and Parks Commission shall consist of nine (9) members. <br />1-3-1105 MEMBERS NOMINATED BY 5AN LEANDRO BOARD OF EDUCATION. <br />One member of the Commission appointed at large shall be a nominee of the governing <br />board of the San Leandro Unified School District. The Board shall submit to the Council the <br />names of at least three (3) nominees for the position. The Council may either appoint one of such <br />nominees to such position or require the Board to submit names of additional nominees, from <br />among whom the Council may select the appointee. <br />1-3-1110 MEMBER NOMINATED BY SAN LORENZO BOARD OF EDUCATION. <br />One member of the Commission appointed at large shall be a nominee of the governing <br />Board of the San Lorenzo Unified School District.
