IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-018 RDA (3140) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BAY AREA HOMEBUYER AGENCY TO ADMIMSTER THE FIIZST TIME HOMEBUYER <br />AND INCLUSIONARY HOUSING OWNERSHIP PROGRAMS IN FY 2008-09 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Bay <br />Area Homebuyer Agency, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br />Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $34,900 related to the administration of the <br />First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Ownership Housing Programs by Bay Area Homebuyer <br />Agency. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Prola and passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 2008, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~~ U'fV~~~~/t. y"°cti-'~ <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
