Resolution No. 2008-077, Resolution Calling a Special Municipal Runoff Election for the Election of a City Councilmember, District 2; Providing Notice of Election on the 4~' Day of November, 2008, and Directing that Said Notice Be Given; and Requesting that the Alameda County Board of Supervisors Permit the Consolidation of Said Municipal Election with the Statewide General Election to Be Held on November 4, 2008 and Direct the Alameda County Registrar of Voters to Provide All Necessary Services Related to Said Election (provides for a runoff election for the offices of City Councilmember, District 2 as required by the Charter of the City of San Leandro). Resolution No. 2008-017 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Neighborhood Solutions to Administer the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program in Fiscal Year 2008-09 (provides for administration of the rehabilitation services to assist low and very low income homeowners). Cost: $144,000. Funding: Redevelopment Agency Housing Set-Aside Fund. (2949) G. Resolution No. 2008-018 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Homebuyer Agency to Administer the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing Ownership Programs in Fiscal the City's homebuyer programs). Resolution No. 2008-079, Resolution Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Leach Mounce Architects, Related to the Public Safety Building-Communication Center Expansion Project, Project No. 210-18-131 (provides needs assessment and space analysis services for the subject project).
