1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-088 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />SKYLINE ENGINEERING, INC., RELATED TO THE ROOF REPAIR AND <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 687-18-104 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Skyline Engineering, Inc., a copy of <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 21St day of July, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: ~~~''~~'~ J' ~"`"~`~-~' <br />(0) <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
