IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-091 (1502) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH CITY MANAGER JOHN J. JERMANIS <br />A First Amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />John J. Jermanis as City Manager for the City of San Leandro, a copy of which is attached, has <br />been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 21st day of July, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: Councilmember Souza (1) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ CP:!1~ 1' <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
