Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services <br />This Agreement contains our entire agreement about our representation. Any modifications <br />or additions to this letter agreement must be made in writing. <br />19. Termination <br />This Agreement may be terminated, with or without cause, by Meyers Nave at any time <br />upon written notice to the City, and by the City upon ninety (90) days written notice to <br />Meyers Nave.
