IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-110 (1500) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE LEGAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE LAW FIRM OF MEYERS, NAVE, RIBACK, SILVER & WILSON <br />(MEYERS NAVE) TO PROVIDE CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES <br />Amendment No. 3 to Legal Services Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson (Meyers Nave), a copy of which is attached, has been <br />presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Amendment No. 3 is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 2"d day of September, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ ~~ ~ 'J C~ ~- G~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
