Survey Date: 3/08 Board of Dit'eetors'.DSFRC`Feedbaek How would you describe DSFRC's mission and the services they offer? to help people with low income improve their quality of life through short and long term assistance. we provide qualit affordable childcare, family support services likfe food and clothing, employment and housing assistance, mental health, free medical and dental services and youth violence prevention programs. we help those with the most need and least access Davis Street offers many human servies to assist low income families and individuals. The range of services give temporary aid to the San Leandro and surrounding communities of San Lorenzo and Oakland unique -unusual - unbelivable. for most part is to take people who have poor esteem or hard luck, give them best, get them back into the mainstream and get them to be productive Davis St provides a badly need service for our community. The mission is very important to you area. To offer assistance to all in need in the community. To build a better and healthier community. Davis Street's mission is to assist community as needed while they are inbetween getting back into the workforce. Davis Street can help these people with food, clothing, medical, dental and counciling. A one stop shop for the working poor, food, clothing, skills trainin, child car, medical and mental health care. DSFRC integrates underserved families back into the community and supports them while they navigate their journey to financial ,physical and mental well being. This holistic approach includes clothing, childcare, health care, food and mental health services. the mission is to provide services to families in need they offer childcare adult counseling healthcare job training they provide food and clothing to those in need To improve the quality of life for low-income families in the local community by providing social services, job training, legal services, medical services, food, clothing and child care What is our im ression of DSFRC in the areas of: Quality of services provided to the community?
