Counseling services <br /> are needed but the operations appear to continually operating at a loss. Clothing and food donations <br /> are great. Clothing room is too crowded and could use reorganization for better appearances <br /> unique - so much volunteer -amazing that doctors and dentists vounteer their time. teach them how to <br /> do an interview and give them clothes. <br /> Excellent, a wide range of service to the poor working community. <br /> Quality is Excellent <br /> Davis Street is highly recognized in the community for the services it provides. <br /> top notch <br /> DSFRC provides a vast array of services to meet several basic needs for a family. Staff focuses <br /> services on families who are trying to help themselves. DSFRC has very dedicated volunteers who <br /> help deliver the services. Many of the volunteeers are former clients who appreciate the situations our <br /> clients find themselves in and treat the client with the utmost respect. I am always impressed with the <br /> kindness and generosity of the staff and volunteers. <br /> DSFRC is the only comprehensive resource center in central Alameda County <br /> Excellent <br /> Outstanding <br /> Management and Staff (skills, dedication, etc)? <br /> from Alice who has been with DSFRC for 31 years to Emil and Sandra both long timers to the newest <br /> social worker on the block, all come and stay with DSFRC because of the tangible outcomes of their <br /> jobs <br /> Other than the top position of Executive Director there is a fequent turnover at the higher positions that <br /> affects the agencies ability to manage departments well. CFO and Assistant Director positions require <br /> consistancy. It appears that the assistant directors do not stay long enough and do not share the same <br /> dedication as the Exective Director; however they appear to have good skills technically <br /> exceedingly and unbelivably dedicated. very competent. one intern was a problem but that was the <br /> only problem <br /> Davis St has a very dedicated and serving staff who have to deal with a wide range of people and <br /> agency problems.
