At the time this survey was being constructed, the finance department was in <br />flux. The CFO has been on board now since the end of January and the most senior <br />person working in that department has only been with DSFRC since July 2007 (there <br />are 6 staff people). Because of this, in our opinion, collecting performance and Center <br />impressions would not be valuable. However, many respondents noticed that the <br />Finance Department had been omitted and in the general comment section responded <br />that they were unhappy with that department's performance. Criticisms fell mostly into <br />the area of poor response time and organization.
