Exhibit B-2 <br />Milestone Schedule <br />The City and Siemens acknowledge that time is of the essence in the completion of the Work <br />required by this Agreement. The milestone schedule set forth in Table B.4 shall be used to <br />establish a detailed Work schedule per Section 15.1.2. <br />If the Work extends past a milestone shown below, Siemens shall notify City in writing and <br />prepare a recovery schedule to return the Work to within compliance of Table B.4. <br />Any revisions to Table B.4 will be by written agreement of both Parties. <br />WPCP Cogeneration 090808 -Page 49 of 60 <br />
